about

A rough demo of 'Song Of The Mayhorn', written in February '19 for the Wildlflower Song Session in collaboration with BoltFM.

lyrics

Sweet white blossoms of the Maythorn wildflower,
With crimson haws and five petals of the pentagram,
Sprung in the spring time in the turning of the month of May,
It’s good for the healing or so some may say.

Beltane fires, to lead the seasons
And Elven Crosses, from distant fantasies
It is layn within your heart, a thorn or a remedy
Enchanting eternally, as the day is light.

Through myths and legends is a portal to another world,
Living through the ages so sacred.
For dancing spirits, are the ribbons and the rags tied,
An aphrodisiac to the lovers of a full moons tide.
